What the hell was I talking about?!?!?!?!?

I said my starting weight was 230 lbs. Correction that would be 238 lbs. Thanks to my buddy Joe who wished me good luck on the diet. Made me come back and look at my post for a minute. I would have been behind from the start.

Numbers are hard.

Starting a Diet!

Well I'm going on a diet. I lost over 40 lbs back in 2009 and kept it off for quite awhile. Over the period of 2010, especially with the holidays at the end of the year I gained back about 10 lbs. So I'm starting off with a weight of 230 lbs.

Well I wanted to get this up last Friday, December 31 but I downloaded a virus and was not able to get online for a couple of days. I won’t go into the particulars about the virus as I want to get on with my posting. With that being said, here is the second installment of ALF Friday.
